Who we are

momentos is a keepsake photo business operated by MOMentos Keepsakes LLC. We photograph athletes at events with a parent’s signed consent and make printed products from those photos.

Personal-use license

A card or keepsake you buy is yours. You may keep it, give it away and post it. Products made under the group-photos permission may be kept and shared by the family that bought them, including after the other family withdraws, as the consent form explains.

What you may not print

The “print my photo” upload is for photos you took or have the right to print. Screenshots from a tournament photographer’s gallery are not printable. Uploaded photos are never used as samples and never appear on card pages.

Refunds and reprints

• A damaged print or a jam at the booth is reprinted free, as a pickup or shipped line against the original order.
• A product you did not order, or a card printed for a child whose parent did not sign, is refunded in full through Square.
• If consent is withdrawn between the photo and delivery, undelivered items are deleted and refunded.
• Team packages are refundable until the shoot day.

Shipping

$4 flat, free over $30, within the United States. We promise 7 days from the shoot and send tracking by email (and by text with the texts permission). Sales tax on shipped goods is computed by Square from the destination.

Accounts

Accounts belong to adults. By creating one you affirm you are 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of each athlete you add. A false statement is your responsibility and you agree to cover costs that result from it.

Changes

A new version of the consent form or these terms never changes what was agreed for photos already taken; new photos need a signature on the current version.
